Interpersonal relationships are dynamic and usually very emotionally charged. This implies a wide range of potential conflicts, especially in relationships with intimate experiences. Usually the most stressful are related to:
- separation
- divorce
- domestic violence
- dependencies
- family problems (parent-child)
Although usually not diagnosed, relationship problems are often marked by a certain personality structure that forms recurring themes and behaviors that are experienced as troublesome by the partner.
Dealing with such topics depends on personality structure and compatibility between the two (or more) parties. In the first session, an assessment is made and personality tests are planned to determine the mechanism for the formation of interpersonal dynamics. The next stage is a therapeutic plan that sets out future behavioral adjustments.
